• pour simple syrup on to each layer of the sandwich.

• sandwich the cake with chocolate icing and crumb coat the whole cake.

• Cover the whole cake with enough chocolate icing neatly and perfectly 

• Role the colored fondant and cover the cake

• The toppers of the cake (the bear and the shoes) were made two  days before the decoration and placed on top of the cake 
• I have also made some yellow colored fondant and let it dried for few hours then crumbled it to sprinkle on the cake under the bear.
