cashew powder 80g
icing sugar 200g
rose essence 2 drops
almond essence 2 drops
method:
beat the egg whites and gradually add cashew powder and icing sugar the add rose essence and almond essence and make a thick paste.
now you can roll it on cakes or use it to make toppers
